We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Creditors Clerk to join this national concern. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar fast paced environment, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Manage creditor accounts, including payments and queries.
• Ensure all financial records are maintained in compliance with company policies.
• Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end accounting processes as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Creditors Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a professional approach.
