Pinetown: RECOLLECT CONTROLLER posted by SRG Recruitment

• Coordinate and manage the IBC and drum recollection programme, ensuring used packaging is collected from customers and returned for servicing
• Liaise with customers on a weekly basis to arrange and schedule collections
• Maintain accurate records and analyse IBC / drum movement data, including dispatched versus collected quantities
• Work closely with the logistics team to improve collection efficiencies and identify opportunities to optimise routes and processes
• Compile and maintain Excel reports and logistics data to monitor collection activity, trends and customer requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ customer service experience, within a logistics, packaging or related environment
• Advanced MS Excel skills with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with customers
• Experience with Pastel and / or logistics systems would be advantageous; packaging industry experience would be an added benefit
