Poultry Feed Production Manager

Our client, a well-known Poultry Feedmill, requires an experienced Production Manager must ensure that the overall operation runs effectively and efficiently, so as to achieve the companys standard in terms of production and quality.

REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL

Essential Education & Experience:

• Grade 12

• Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)

• Minimum 5 years Feed Mill experience in the poultry industry

• Experience in production and/or milling

Knowledge:

• Manufacturing processes, procedures, and plant machinery

• Knowledge of Feed Industry, quality and sanitation standards and requirements

• OHSA awareness

• Manufacturing process of Animal Feed process excellence tools

• Raw material knowledge of products used in the feed mill

• Feed making technology

• Biosecurity

• Feed Safety awareness

Other: (Licenses, Associations, Registrations)

• Must be a South African Citizen

• Valid Drivers License

• Own reliable transport

• Must be willing to work overtime when required

• Must speak Afrikaans
