Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or Research.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in data analytics.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a market research environment (preferred).
- Experience in managing and influencing multiple stakeholders.
- Computer literacy (proficiency in SQL, SAS, and Power BI is advantageous).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, distribute, and manage project timelines for the data team.
- Plan, implement, and sign off on operational changes within the data operations environment.
- Drive automation and process improvement with the team, in collaboration with the technology and development division.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- Manage and delegate ad hoc requests from other internal divisions and uphold the standard of internal service.
- Report generation (create new reports, update/assist with existing reports on all projects).
- Facilitate the implementation of reworks for projects.
- Act as a team leader for assigned projects.
- Monitor and follow up on timelines for assigned projects.
- Assist with project setups where applicable.
- Receive and delegate project-specific requests from internal departments.
- Conduct data reviews and signoffs.
- Generate and update reports.
- Perform any other related tasks that may arise from time to time.
