Responsibilities:
Collaborate with service providers (e.g., iOS, Keyphase) to develop and maintain software tools, ERP systems, and data platforms Manage customer, farm, product, and market databases, ensuring accurate and reliable information Analyze local and international market data to guide decisions on pest activity, pricing, and market risks Conduct CRM audits, address system gaps, and provide in-field staff with actionable insights through tools like forms and questionnaires Support sales teams with call cycle planning, sales/distribution data analysis, and regular audits of remote sites Provide IT support, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate upgrades with service providers Train and develop staff on systems usage, ensuring continuous improvement in processes Oversee budgets related to systems, databases, and operational resources Consultant: Lynette Wolmarans – Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
