Job Description
ENVIRONMENT:
THE coding talents of a strong solutions-driven Junior-Mid Full Stack Developer is wanted by a global Logistics Operation to join its PE offices. This role focuses on hands-on coding, debugging, and collaboration with Senior Developers and Architects to build cloud-based applications. You will be involved in the development and maintenance of Full Stack applications using Microsoft technologies and Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related field with 2-5 years experience focusing on Microsoft technologies including .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, React.js, Angular/Vue.js and RESTful APIs.
DUTIES:
- Develop and maintain Full Stack applications using Microsoft technologies such as .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
- Assist in building and maintaining front-end components using frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Collaborate with Senior Developers and DevOps Engineers to implement cloud-native applications using Azure services (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions).
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding best practices, such as SOLID principles.
- Participate in code reviews and follow security best practices to ensure the integrity and security of the applications (e.g., OWASP standards).
- Contribute to the creation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and continuous integration.
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring high-quality performance and scalability.
- Create and maintain documentation for the development process, technical requirements, and application features.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to support ongoing improvement and innovation in the development process.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience/Skills
- 2-5 Years of experience in Full Stack Development, focusing on Microsoft technologies (.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server).
- Basic experience with Cloud technologies and services, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency in Front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of Web Services, RESTful APIs, and database technologies.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with application security standards and practices, such as OWASP Top 10 security risks.
