Join our dynamic Headhunters recruitment team, as a Recruitment Administrator and Resourcer, where youll play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants and assist in identifying top talent for our clients.

This is an ‘in office’ role, is based in Port Elizabeth.

About the role:

As a Recruitment Administrator and Resourcer, youll work closely with our consultants to provide essential administrative support while actively sourcing candidates across multiple channels.

Youll be the engine behind our recruitment process; ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, updating databases, and preparing documentation.
  • Write and post engaging job advertisements across job boards and social media.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls to assess suitability.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
  • Liaise with candidates and clients to provide updates and ensure a smooth recruitment journey.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance and ensuring accurate records (e.g., right-to-work checks, GDPR).

What Were Looking For:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a fast-paced administrative role is beneficial,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail is non negotiable.
