Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and monthly bank statement reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit VAT calculations and supporting documentation.
• Process creditors and reconcile supplier statements.
• Assist with payroll preparation and related administrative duties.
• Utilise ERP systems (Evolution and custom software) to manage accounting data.
• Work extensively on Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

Qualification and Skills Required:

• BCom degree is essential.
• 0 – 1 year of accounting experience (graduates welcome).
• Strong Excel skills – VLOOKUPs and pivot tables non-negotiable.
• Experience using Evolution ERP or similar accounting software.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and strong numerical ability.

– Proficiency in Evolution ERP and Custom Software advantageous.
– Strong Excel skills (V-lookups and Pivot Tables).
– Afrikaans fluency essential (written and spoken).
