Horticulture/ Floral /Agri Sales Consultant Silverton, Pretoria R 20000 R 25000 + BenefitsStarting Feb 2026Responsibilities-Develop and maintain strong client relationships (existing and new)-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets-Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the horticultural, floral, agri sectors-Prepare and present accurate sales reports-Work closely with internal departments to ensure operational and service continuity-Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media, floral branding, and product promotions-Represent the company at client visits, trade shows, expos, and industry eventsMinimum Requirements-35 years proven sales experience in agriculture, horticulture, or the floral industry (or a related technical field)-Strong new business development and client retention background-Previous team leadership or supervisory experience advantageous-Valid drivers licence and confident driving skills-Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting / CRM software-Exposure to social media marketing, floral branding, and promotional initiatives-Technically minded with a practical understanding of agricultural, horticultural, or floral products and processes- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans-Versatile, hands-on, and willing to assist in other operational areas when required-Preferably a non-smoker-Experienced in stock control, inventory accuracy, and stock taking.English n Afrikaans 35 years proven sales experience in agriculture, horticulture, or the floral industry (or a related technical field)
