- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar IT related Qualification
- 3 years’ experience in IT support, systems administration, network administration or similar
- Previous experience supervising or coordinating IT activities (Essential)
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, servers and peripheral equipment
- Strong knowledge of Windows / Linux operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
- Understanding of Cybersecurity principles and data protection practices
- Support cybersecurity initiatives and ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures
- Enforce security and backup plan
- Assist with system upgrades, installations and configuration of hardware and software
