Job Summary
Performing of general warehouse duties such as, but not limited to stock taking, labeling, picking, packing, checking, moving stock, filling lubricators and ensuring that the warehouse is always clean.Focus on the quality of the product and the service maintenance provided to the customer. Maintain and verify the quality of the product and service maintenance. Assist as point of contact for service requests, coordinating repairs, maintenance and training. Ensure that the reputable excellence of high-quality service and support is maintained and enhanced.Logistics backgroundMust be efficient, accurate, focused and attention to detailMust have numeracy and literacy skillsSelf-motivated and willing to go the extra mileMust be a team playerPhysically fitClear criminal recordReliable, punctual, trustworthy and presentable.Managerial skills.Computer literate.Minimum 2 years experience in an equivalent role, preferably in a mining or manufacturing environment.Minimum 2 years experience in the management of staff.Demonstrable team leadership and developmental experience, with particular regard to the utilization of delegation skills, to enhance the development of subordinate staff.Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to prepare and present professional reports, proposals and communicate in written and oral form.Ability to think through and solve problems methodically.High degree of personal integrity and profession.
