About the Role

TWK Agri has a vacancy available for a Project Administrator within the IT division in Pretoria, Gauteng. The successful candidate will provide administrative and coordination support to ensure the successful execution of projects, working closely with the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager with administrative duties, documentation, and coordination
  • Schedule meetings, record decisions, and prepare accurate meeting minutes
  • Break down projects into manageable tasks and support the creation of timelines and goals
  • Prepare, maintain and distribute project documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and escalate when needed
  • Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
  • Measure and report project performance
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Maintain project register such as risk, issue, decision and change logs

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Project Administrator qualification (advantageous)
  • Proven experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Jira, Microsoft Projects, Trello)
