WE ARE HIRING: Technical Sales / Estimator Location: Pretoria | Salary: R7,000 R25,000 per month (depending on experience) We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Sales / Estimator to manage inbound enquiries, prepare accurate quotes and drive orders from first contact through to close. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound enquiries within SLA and qualify leads effectively Prepare RFQs with strong technical accuracy, including drawing interpretation and order entry Manage quote-to-order conversion and monitor quote revision rates Track estimated vs actual cost variance Close deals and grow booked order value, average order value and gross margin Build repeat client revenue through strong relationships Liaise with production on client requirements and ensure client satisfaction Maintain proposal follow-up compliance and support client retention Requirements: Matric with technical subjects Engineering Graphics & Design (EGD) and Mathematics Computer literate (Microsoft Office); training provided on internal systems
