Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Manage internal and external audit processes and ensure audit readiness.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and general ledger integrity.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support management with financial analysis and business performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

• BCom Degree in Accounting or equivalent Accounting qualification.

Experience:

• 3–4 years’ experience in an Accountant role.
• Previous experience within the Retail industry is essential.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits.
