About the Role

A well-established Law Firm in Randburg is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary with a strong background in Property Transfers, particularly within the Distressed Property Sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling Transfer registrations and related transactions
  • Ensuring compliance with Banks processing guidelines
  • Liaising with Banks, Clients, and Attorneys to facilitate Transfer and Bond Cancellation transactions
  • Preparing and managing Transfer and Cancellation documents and securities efficiently
  • Handling administrative tasks related to Transfer and Bond Cancellation matters

Requirements

  • Experience in ABSA Help-U-Sell transfers
  • Experience in ABSA Sheriff transfers
  • Experience in ABSA legal bond cancellations
  • Experience with Standard Bank EasySell transfers
  • Experience with Liquidation transfers
  • Proficiency in conveyancing systems, including DM11 and E4
