Key Responsibilities

• Work exclusively with government institutions and public-sector entities.
• Handle legal matters on behalf of or involving government entities.
• Demonstrate sound understanding of legal, regulatory, and administrative frameworks applicable to organs of state.
• Manage a litigation portfolio from inception to finalization.
• Experience in government legal matters involving national and local government departments, municipalities, and other organs of state.
• Experience dealing with State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and public entities.
• Possess civil and commercial litigation experience.

Requirements

• **LLB Degree**.
• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
• Minimum of 5 years’ post-admission experience.
• Right of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa will be advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license will be advantageous.
