Jawet Construction is currently seeking to employ the Workshop Controller to work permanently on our Workshop Department.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Clear criminal recordAt least 2 years experience as a Workshop Controller for panel beating and mechanical workshopDrivers License (Code 10 will be an advantage)Attention to detailInterpersonal skillsProblem solving and decision makingAbility to communicate well with customers and colleagues across different departments,Motivated and be able to motivate othersLeadership and able to delegateAbility to work under pressure JOB SPECIFICATION:Customer serviceProviding accurate estimates servicing, repairs plus panel beating & accident vehicles for different branches and setting a time scaleEnsuring quality control, parts are correctly ordered, conducting audits on the teams work and general There will also be a focus on ensuring job cards are issued and the correct health and safety standards/procedures are followed as well as company standardsWorking with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless service for customersScheduling work to meet customer needs, considering workshop targets, the complexity of each job and the availability of partsManaging vehicle mechanics and panel beaters, making sure targets are met within a specific time frameAssisting mechanics, panel beaters with technical challenges to identify solutions
