Requirements: – Must have degree in Marketing and/or Communications – Must have own transport – Must have experience on all Social Media platforms Responsibilities: – Communicate and follow up with Media Agency on all adverts and promotions – Collaborate with the graphic designer and production department on new products – Ensure that all product prices and pictures of products are correct on the website and on-line store – Monitor and analyse sales trends for company products and competitors alike – Provide suggestions on adverts and promotions for the website, on-line store and social media – Respond to customers on the social media platforms and direct customer complaints accordingly – Monitor TakeAlot, One Day Only sales and provide suggestions – Attend to our Factory Stores and ensure stock is visually correct, that the promotions are in place and give suggestions for slow moving stock.
