About the Role

Dante Personnel is seeking a **Roodepoort: Internal Sales Supervisor** to support the Internal Sales Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong combination of **customer service experience**, **supervisory experience**, and **organisational skills** to lead a team and drive success in a dynamic South African environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operational activities of all customer-facing support functions, including order and quotation processing, export coordination, case management, and front-desk/showroom functions.
• Ensure service standards are consistently maintained, turnaround times are achieved, and operational issues are identified, addressed, and resolved promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and business continuity.
• Assist the Internal Sales Manager with management and guidance of employees, including performance, KPIS (Key Performance Indicators), and staff management.

Requirements

• **3–5 years’ experience in customer service, internal sales, and/or operations**
• **3 years previous supervisory experience of a team essential**
• Strong **organisational and people management skills**
• **Export coordination experience is advantageous**
• Excellent **communication skills (written and verbal)**
• Ability to **problem solve and perform under pressure**
• High **attention to detail and accountability**

Qualifications

• **Bachelor’s degree or higher** (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or a related field.
• **LLB or equivalent** (if applicable).
