Roles and Responsibilities ●Ensuring that all delegates are correctly registered and their progress is monitored throughout their learning experience. ●Being the first point of contact for all delegates, answering questions, resolving queries and providing further information as required. ●Being the main business owner of the Moodle Learner Management System used by the company. ●Being responsible for the scheduling of all practical training sessions operated by the company throughout the UK. ●Working closely with the Course Development team and act as an ‘internal verifier’. ●Monitoring and evaluating how assessors carry out their work and highlight any issues with individual assessments. ●Being the main operational point of contact between the company and the relevant awarding organisations and UK regulatory bodies. ●Being responsible for the training of all the company’s and Juvea staff on the processes and systems required to operate the company business. ●Managing and maintaining the calendar of practical training sessions to support the requirements of every course and qualification operated in the UK. ●Maintaining a roster of suitably qualified trainers and allocating trainer resources to deliver every piece of practical training operated throughout the UK. ●Maintaining an accurate and secure learner register. ●Working closely with the Course Development team and the Operations Manager on the ongoing development of existing courses and on the planning, development and implementation of new courses and qualifications introduced from time to time. ●Reporting to management on the total number of delegates on each course, the progress of delegates through the system and any other metrics identified by management.
