Engage with guests, resolve feedback, and oversee private events and functions. About You Previous experience as an Assistant F&B Manager or Supervisor in a luxury or boutique hotel. Strong operational and leadership skills with a genuine passion for service. Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail. Financially aware and organised under pressure.
