Salary: USD 3,000 4,000 Net per month + Full Expat Benefits Reporting to: Executive Sous Chef & Executive Chef Job Description We are seeking a refined and creative Chef de Cuisine to lead the kitchen of this new venue while collaborating closely across all resort outlets. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious, polished professional with international luxury experience to bring contemporary Mediterranean flair to paradise. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Mediterranean restaurant, ensuring an exceptional guest dining experience in line with resort standards. Work in close alignment with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to execute menu concepts, seasonal updates, and special events. Maintain consistency of quality, presentation, and taste across all outlets. Lead; inspire, and motivate a multicultural culinary brigade, fostering collaboration and respect. Uphold impeccable hygiene, safety, and cost-control standards. Minimum Requirements Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine, Senior Sous Chef, or equivalent within an ultra-luxury, five-star, or Michelin-level establishment. Contemporary Mediterranean cuisine expertise refined, modern, and ingredient-driven rather than traditional or rustic. Ability to collaborate within a diverse team and work effectively in a remote island environment. A hands-on leader with exceptional organizational and communication skills. Strong understanding of international guest expectations and luxury resort operations.
