Minimum Requirements

• Valid Code 10 driver’s licence with a valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)
• Matric (Grade 12) preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ driving experience.
• 1–3 years’ sales, merchandising, or FMCG market experience.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to use mobile sales or delivery applications is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Code 10 vehicle in accordance with road traffic regulations.
• Deliver products to customers accurately and on schedule.
• Load and unload goods while ensuring product safety.
• Promote company products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer service targets.
• Collect payments where applicable and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate delivery, sales, and stock records.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
• Assist with merchandising and product displays at customer locations when required.
