A 5* luxury lodge with 50 rooms, restaurant and spa, seeks an experienced Executive Chef meeting the following specifications:- Tertiary qualification Minimum 3 years experience as Executive Chef in 4 or 5 * lodges or boutique hotel operations with over 30 rooms Good kitchen organisational skills and able to manage the kitchen staff Creative with regards to menu planning, menu plating, kitchen organisation Responsible for stock room, stock orders & stock takes and trips to town to collect orders Must be able to use excel for stock control. Only candidates with a stable track record will be consider Drivers licence essential; own vehicle preferred interview will take place at the lodge with a cook-off An UPDATED & detailed CV in MS Word format (starting with current position) is required, as well as a Recent head & shoulders photo, taken in the last 6 months.
