About the Role

Were looking for a full stack engineer with a strong front-end edge to help design, build, and iterate the first versions of a new product. Youll work closely with a hands-on CTO, owning the React/Next.js front end while contributing across APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.

This is a ground-floor role: expect a fast learning curve, real autonomy, and the satisfaction of seeing your work ship quickly. Its also a startupambiguity is real, priorities change, and well count on your initiative and communication to keep momentum.

An early-stage, founder-led startup preparing for funding, with a small, sharp team and a culture thats young, collaborative, flexible, and results-driven without unnecessary pressure. Youll join alongside a CEO and CTO, plus two part-time contributors (back-end/tech and go-to-market).

What Youll Do

• Lead the front end in React + Next.js, building performant, accessible interfaces.

• Collaborate with the CTO on architecture and delivery; ship iteratively and learn from users.

• Build and integrate APIs; work with databases and general infrastructure.

• Establish engineering basics: component libraries, testing, CI/CD, monitoring.

• Balance speed and quality; document decisions and trade-offs for future scaling.
