Live-in Position Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Housekeeping & Laundry Manager to join a luxury private game reserve in the Sabi Sands. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate housekeeping professional who takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest service within a luxury safari environment. ? Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all Housekeeping and Laundry operations Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the property Lead; train and motivate the housekeeping and laundry teams Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces Manage housekeeping stock, linen, amenities and equipment Ensure efficient laundry operations and quality control Monitor departmental standards and implement improvements where required Assist with staff scheduling, training and performance management Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience Requirements Previous Housekeeping & Laundry Management experience within a luxury hotel, lodge or private game reserve environment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment Professional; hands-on and guest-focused approach Strong communication skills Previous experience managing stock, linen and departmental budgets would be advantageous ?
