Lodge Manager (Fixed-Term Contract) Luxury Lodge Salary: R28,000 Negotiable DOE | Live-in Contract: Immediate Start 30 June 2026 Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager for a luxury lodge on a fixed-term contract. This position requires a highly organised, guest-focused individual who can manage daily lodge operations, lead the team, and maintain exceptional service standards throughout the contract period. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all lodge operations and ensure smooth day-to-day running Manage and support staff across all departments Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback professionally Oversee housekeeping, F&B, front of house, and maintenance coordination Ensure financial controls, stock management, and reporting requirements are met Uphold company standards, policies, and service excellence Assist with staff training and development where required Requirements: Previous experience in lodge or hospitality management Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple departments effectively High guest service standards and a professional approach Willingness to live on-site for the duration of the contract Ability to start immediately Candidates who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply.
