This person will uphold world class standards, handle guest feedback with grace, and ensure that every activity runs smoothly from sunrise to starlight safaris. High profile guests and VIPs will be no problem for the right candidate who brings confidence, warmth, and professionalism. Daily lodge operations will rely on strong communication across all departments including food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, guest relations, and guiding. The lodge should always look immaculate and function like a well oiled machine. Leadership is key. The successful candidate will mentor and motivate the team, set clear expectations, drive performance, and support internal growth. A collaborative and respectful culture is vital.
