About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Management Couple to join our Luxury Lodge team in Lower Zambezi, South Africa. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple high-end lodge properties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead operations across multiple lodges, ensuring consistent service excellence and operational efficiency.
Translate company vision and strategy into actionable regional plans.
Provide clear leadership, mentorship, and oversight to Camp Managers and departmental heads.
Foster cohesive teamwork and alignment across all sites.
Champion the guest experience, ensuring every stay is personalised and exceptional.
Maintain a visible and engaging presence with guests, personally hosting and supporting team interactions.
Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.
Drive innovation in guest activities and experiences reflecting the unique location.
Oversee daily lodge operations in accordance with standards and SOPs.
Coordinate logistics, procurement, and supply chain management for seamless operations.
Ensure maintenance schedules, transportation, and communication systems function efficiently.
Build and nurture a high-performing, motivated, and cohesive team culture.
Identify and develop emerging talent, providing coaching, feedback, and training.
Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and empowerment.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience in a camp or lodge management role, ideally with multi-property operations in remote locations.
Proven track record in team leadership, operational management, and guest relations.
Financial acumen with experience in budget management and reporting.
Strong logistical and organisational skills suitable for remote operations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
