About the Role
Dante Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Secretary to join their team. As a key member of the administrative support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the litigation team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting legal and court documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
- Managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Utilizing computer software to perform administrative tasks efficiently
Requirements
- Own transport is compulsory
- Male or Female
- Previous experience in drafting legal & court documents is compulsory
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Bilingual
- Excellent communication skills & telephone etiquette
- Computer Literate
