About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Dante Personnel’s Benrose office. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diary and coordinate appointments and travel arrangements
- Liaise with service providers and handle general administration tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Operate the switchboard and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
Requirements
- Matric
- Basic MS Office skills
- Debtors and Creditors Experience
- Switchboard Operation
- Diary Management
