About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations/Administrative professional to join our client’s team on a remote work-from-home basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing bookings, marketing, finances, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Answer all enquiries without delay
Making of booking: Nightsbridge, Basic Patel, excel, word, Apply Below, Agoda and Expedia
Continue and build on the good relationships that we have with existing travel agents
Rate Sheets
Marketing Reports
Update all listings when needed
Finances:
Sound accounting knowledge
Invoicing and invoice reconciliation
Corelate bank statements
Work closely with our accounting firm
Budget set up and management
General administrative work

Requirements

Reservation and accounting skills
Experience in live-out position (work from home)
Preferably living on Joburg or Pretoria
Knowledge of NightsBridge, Basic Patel, excel, word, Apply Below, Agoda and Expedia

Salary & Benefits

R20 000 – R25 000 per annum
