Open Positions & Key Requirements

1. Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) Drivers

• Licence Types: Code 10 / Code 14 (Class 2 / Class 1 / C+E Licences).
• Experience Required: Proven experience operating heavy vehicles, including articulated/rigid trucks, skip lorries, hookloaders, or construction/site haulage.
• Key Duties: Deliveries, site transport (stone, construction, waste), daily vehicle defect checks, and strict compliance with local driving regulations.

2. Trade-Tested Mechanics & Plant Fitters

• Qualifications: Trade-tested or formally qualified in a mechanical discipline.
• Experience Required: Hands-on experience with HGV fleets, heavy plant/quarry machinery (crushers, excavators, loaders), or commercial trailers (brake testing, PSV preparation, servicing).
• Key Duties: Diagnostics, routine 6-week inspections, mechanical/electrical fault finding, and preventative maintenance.

3. Autobody Specialists, Panel Beaters & Welders

• Specialties: Qualified Panel Beaters, Welders, Vehicle Painters, and Preppers.
• Experience Required: Strong background in structural repair, MIG/TIG welding, body alignment using jigs/pullers, panel straightening, surface prepping, and spray painting to manufacturer standards.
• Key Duties: Assessing collision damage, component strip/refit, structural body repairs, welding replacement panels, and finishing vehicles to insurance standards.

Essential Candidate Criteria

To qualify for the migration pathway, candidates must meet the following minimum conditions:

• Independent Mobility: Ability to relocate individually to Ireland/UK for the duration of the contract. (Note: Relocation assistance applies to the successful applicant only; extended family/dependents are excluded).
• Clear Record: Must have a clean background with zero criminal record.
• Valid Documentation: Must hold a valid South African Passport (or be actively willing and ready to process/renew one immediately).
• Technical Competency: Relevant trade certificates, driver licences, and verified work experience for the specific role applied for.
• Vetting Process: Willingness to undergo an extensive multi-stage interview and technical assessment process.
