Job Summary
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Media or Marketing
- At least 3 years’ experience in Social Media and Marketing management
- Excellent editing and copywriting skills
- Indepth knowledge of social media and social media strategies
- POPIA knowledge and understanding.
- Archiving knowledge and understanding
- Experience within a school/education environment is a definite plus but not essential
- Adobe Suite (Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Diary management in MS Outlook is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication sk
Key
Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and the like)
- Compiling and editing content for the weekly newsletter
- Provide assistance with artwork for various marketing campaigns as required
- Assist with marketing campaigns and artwork for events as required
- Videoing, editing, and uploading of all virtual assemblies, events, interviews, and productions
- Generating content for the website
