Stores Administrator | Luxury Private Game Reserve | Sabi Sands ? Salary: R9,000 R11,000 per month (DOE) ? Live-in Position Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an organised and detail-focused Stores Administrator to join a luxury private game reserve in the Sabi Sands. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional with strong stock control experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate inventory systems. ? Key Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day management of the stores department Receive; check and process deliveries accurately Maintain accurate stock records and inventory systems Monitor stock levels and assist with stock ordering Conduct regular stock takes and investigate discrepancies Ensure correct storage, rotation and issuing of stock Maintain organised and clean storerooms Process invoices, delivery notes and relevant documentation Assist with cost control and stock reporting Work closely with various lodge departments regarding stock requirements Ensure company procedures and controls are consistently followed Requirements Previous stores, stock control or administration experience within a luxury hospitality environment would be advantageous Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good computer literacy and confidence with stock management systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Professional; reliable and proactive approach Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team ?
