Employer Description 4-star Game Lodge in Pilanesberg Job Description Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join their hospitality team. This role requires a professional with a strong character, capable of leading by example and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department. Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction. Assist in managing budgets, cost controls and inventory. Supervise; train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals. Implement and maintain health, safety and hygiene standards. Support the F&B Manager in strategic planning and execution. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum 35 years experience in food and beverage management. Proven track record in staff supervision and operational excellence. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control. MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT/CAR Skills Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Nebula Benefits Accommodation All Meals on duty Provident Fund (after 3 month probation period)
