Key Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Monitor team KPIs (quotes, conversions, retention, upsell, crosssell).

• Implement sales strategies to increase policy uptake and profitability.

• Conduct daily standups, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

• Recruit, onboard, and train new sales agents.

• Manage attendance, discipline, and adherence to company policies.

• Motivate and mentor agents to maintain high morale and productivity.

• Identify skills gaps and implement targeted development plans.

• Ensure full compliance with FAIS, FICA, POPIA, TCF, and company policies.

• Oversee call quality, scripting adherence, and disclosure requirements.

• Manage complaints and escalations in line with regulatory standards.

• Track and report on sales metrics, conversion ratios, and pipeline health.

• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams.

• Ensure accurate capturing of client information and policy details.

• Maintain updated product knowledge across all shortterm insurance lines.

• Ensure agents deliver professional, ethical, and customercentric service.

• Resolve complex customer queries and support retention initiatives.

• Drive firstcall resolution and minimise cancellations.
