Good day allLooking for a hairstylist to run a hair salon. Must be able to ,wash, cut, set and be able to do tinting ,highlights etc.

A Recruitment Agency or Personnel Agency is not allowed to ask or charge any from a candidate for securing employment. The Employment Services Act, 2014 (Act No. 4 of 2014), Clause 15 “Prohibits private employment agencies from charging work seekers any fees for services rendered”. Recruitment Agencies/Personnel Agencies/Employment Agencies are regulated by the Department of Labour. If an agency requests any fee for services, they can be reported to the Department of Labour.
