The Employment Services Act, 2014 (Act No. 4 of 2014), Clause 15 “Prohibits private employment agencies from charging work seekers any fees for services rendered”. Recruitment Agencies/Personnel Agencies/Employment Agencies are regulated by the Department of Labour. If an agency requests any fee for services, they can be reported to the Department of Labour.
