  • BIM Modeling & Coordination: Develop detailed 3D models using software such as Revit and Navisworks.
  • Design Development: Translate project requirements into precise design models while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate design solutions into the overall project framework.
  • Project Documentation: Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and material take-offs.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior modellers and provide guidance to enhance their technical skills.
  • Innovation: Proactively suggest improvements in BIM workflows and explore emerging technologies to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • National Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Architectural technology, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in BIM modeling and design.
  • Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Strong understanding of architectural and structural modeling.
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and experience in stakeholder engagement.
