Required conduct

  • Post and accept only lawful, accurately described work.
  • Communicate honestly and without discrimination, harassment or threats.
  • State material terms, rates, expenses, locations and risks before commitment.
  • Protect personal information and use it only for the stated purpose.
  • Deliver agreed work honestly and respond promptly to concerns.

Prohibited conduct

  • Employment-fee scams, fake work, impersonation, spam or misleading listings.
  • Requests for passwords, OTPs, unlawful access, illegal goods or money laundering.
  • Threats, exploitation, fabricated evidence, malicious reports or ban evasion.

Enforcement

JVR may preserve relevant platform records, request a response, remove content, limit posting or messaging, withdraw verification, suspend or permanently ban an account. Serious safety or fraud concerns may justify immediate restriction. Enforcement decisions concern access to JVR Jobs and are not legal judgments.
