Platform role

JVR Jobs introduces users and provides listings, profiles, applications, messaging, meetings and reporting tools. JVR is not the employer, worker, payment provider, escrow agent, insurer, courier or party to the work agreement.

User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, post and accept lawful work, assess suitability and risk, and agree the scope, rate, expenses, payment method, deadline and completion requirements directly.

Payments

JVR Jobs does not collect, hold, release, guarantee or recover employer-worker payments. A payment description on the site records information supplied by a user and is not a JVR guarantee.

Reports and enforcement

Users may report suspected non-payment, non-delivery, fraud, abuse or unsafe work. JVR may review platform records, remove content, warn, restrict, suspend or ban users. Platform moderation is not a court judgment or debt determination.

Safety, privacy and availability

Users must protect personal information, avoid unlawful or infringing content and obtain professional advice where needed. JVR cannot guarantee a user, listing, result, payment, delivery, identity or uninterrupted service. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
