As a Junior Sales Engineer, you’ll work at the intersection of innovation and customer success, learning from experts while making a tangible impact from day one.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with on-site service visits to customer plants and facilities
• Supporting in troubleshooting water treatment systems, chemical dosing, and technical applications
• Gathering and analysing lab and plant data to help improve customer performance
• Helping to prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations
• Building strong customer relationships through clear communication and consistent service
• Learning how to identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards (SHERQ) 

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience (graduates welcome)
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Internship or exposure to industrial water treatment, paper technologies, or similar fields
• Experience with technical reporting or customer support
• Hands-on lab or plant experience
