• Manage the full F&I process from finance application to vehicle delivery.
• Structure and submit finance applications to financial institutions.
• Present and sell finance, insurance, warranties, maintenance plans, and value-added products.
• Achieve finance, insurance, and profitability targets.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and complies with FAIS, NCA, and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, finance houses, and insurance providers.
• Maintain accurate records using the Signio platform.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• NQF qualification (minimum 120 Credits).
• FAIS Compliant and Fit & Proper.
• RE5 qualification.
• Registered with the National Credit Regulator (NCA).
• CPD hours up to date.
• Valid Code 8 driver’s licence.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an F&I Business Manager in a franchised motor dealership.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience using Signio.
• Strong knowledge of finance, insurance products, and regulatory compliance.
