Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models
Create layout design and flow diagrams
Provide technical support to engineers
Uphold company design standards
Contribute to SOPs

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment
Water industry or pumps experience highly advantageous
Skilled in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
Fluent in English & Afrikaans
Valid Drivers license
 
Qualification:
NDiploma in Mechanical Engineering or Draughting certificate
 
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.

Job Description:

• Design mechanical and fluid system components
• Create detailed 2D & 3D CAD drawings for pumps, piping layouts and structural components
• Collaborate with Engineers
• Solid technical understanding of fluid dynamics, manufacturing and material selection

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Skilled in Autodesk Inventor
• Fluent in English & Afrikaans
• Great interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and disciplined.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Draughting certificate
