Project Managers – Petrochemical Project (Rigging Works)

Swift International Human Resources is seeking experienced Project Managers for an upcoming petrochemical project, primarily focused on rigging works. Candidates with strong leadership experience as Site Managers or Superintendents will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage project execution on-site.
• Supervise rigging operations and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Site Manager, or Superintendent in petrochemical, industrial, or rigging projects.
• Strong knowledge of rigging operations and project management practices.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
