What You’ll Do:

• Learn the art and science of cheese-making from milk to maturation
• Assist in daily production and maintenance of cheese-making equipment
• Support in hygiene, record-keeping, and quality assurance tasks
• Participate in occasional weekend work during busy periods

• A young person, with a keen interest in food, a basic understanding of food science and microbiology. 
• Willingness to learn and get stuck in
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well independently and as part of a small team
• Comfortable working in a farm-based environment
