Job Summary
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Waiter for a prestigious luxury private wildlife reserve located in the Kalahari. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic hospitality team in a remote and beautiful setting, offering world-class service to discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding food and beverage service during all meals and events
-
Prepare dining areas before each service, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and presentation
-
Deliver orders promptly and accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction at every point
-
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, anticipating guest needs
-
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery
-
Adhere to hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
-
Assist with inventory and restocking of dining areas as needed
-
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end hospitality environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Well-groomed, professional appearance
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
-
Team player with a service-oriented attitude
-
Willingness to live and work in a remote environment
-
Fluency in English
Package Includes:
-
Monthly salary: R5,500 R6,500 (negotiable depending on experience)
-
Live-in position with accommodation provided
-
All meals provided while on duty
-
Uniform and laundry service
