Job Summary
Job Vacancy: Project Manager
Overview:
- We are currently recruiting for our client for the position of Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing various projects within the organization.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
General Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Academic & Trade Qualifications:
- B.Eng./BSc. in Civil Engineering or related field.
- ERB Certification.
- Project Management Professional/ Practicing Certificate.
Additional Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and mentor project teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in managing building and construction, pipelines, sanitation, drainage, and engineering projects.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in building and construction, pipelines, sanitation, drainage, and engineering projects.
