Responsibilities:

• Drive authentic safety leadership by leading SHER initiatives, audits, and investigations.
• Ensure compliance by monitoring legislation and implementing proactive operational strategies.
• Champion a respectful, inclusive workplace while advancing people and culture initiatives.
• Lead operational planning, budgeting, and team capability development for long-term success.
• Improve asset performance through standardisation, innovation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Bachelors Degree / Honours Degree in Mining
• Mine Managers Certificate of Competency
• 5 years Trackless mining experience as a Section Manager or Mining Manager

Benefits:

• Salary: R2.8m R3.5m CTC
